Program Description:Magnus provides an SMS notification service for customer care and support. Users who opt-in can receive recruitment updates, interview scheduling, account alerts, service notifications, and support ticket updates directly to their mobile devices.

Sample Messages

  • Sample 1 (Support): "Magnus: Hello! We received your request for support regarding your hosted Magnus. A technician will assist you shortly. Reply STOP to opt-out, HELP for help."
  • Sample 2 (Recruitment): "Magnus: Regarding your job application, we'd like to schedule an interview. Please let us know your availability. Reply STOP to opt-out."
  • Sample 3 (Customer Care): "Magnus: This is a customer care update regarding your support request. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance."
