These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Magnus Technology Solutions. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
Magnus provides hosted, VoIP communication, and business messaging services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. User Obligations
You agree to use our services lawfully and comply with all applicable regulations, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and A2P 10DLC rules.
4. Payment and Billing
Fees are billed in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
5. SMS Program & Mobile Terms of Service
Mobile Terms of Service: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from OurPBX Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd regarding service updates and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out, HELP for help.
By opting into SMS communications from Magnus:
- You consent to receive recurring business-related messages.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Consent is not required to purchase services.
Opt-Out & Support
- To opt out, reply STOP at any time.
- For help, reply HELP or contactithelpdesk@magnustechnol.com.
Magnus supports standard opt-out keywords including STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE.
6. SMS Platform Compliance – Magnus
Magnus provides messaging services to business clients. All clients using Magnus SMS services must:
- Obtain proper express consent from recipients
- Maintain opt-in records
- Honor opt-out requests
- Comply with CTIA and carrier guidelines
- Register campaigns through The Campaign Registry (TCR)
Magnus does not allow:
- SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco)
- Phishing or fraudulent messages
- Unregistered traffic
- Robocall spam
- Lead list blasting or cold outreach without consent
7. Limitation of Liability
Magnus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Services are provided "as is".
